Prior to joining the Property Management Team in 2003, Griz gained much of his experience by working in the Service and Manufacturing fields. Along the way, he sharpened his problem solving skills, mechanical knowledge, and dedication to quality through special projects, classes, and exceptional mentors. Being a landlord himself, he understands the business and the importance of client/tenant relations. Since joining the team here at Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce, Griz has successfully implemented cost saving applications to the benefit of both owner and tenant in the form of “greener” lighting, efficient scheduling, and vendor relations. Griz’s quest for excellence has intensified over the years through his successful career in racing motorcycles and go-karts. |
