Jeff D. Godwin brings more than a decade of professional maintenance experience to his position as Maintenance Technician/HVAC Specialist of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. In his new role, he will be responsible for handling maintenance issues for the Property Management Group, which has more than 2.3 million square feet under management.
