As Managing Partner, Mr. Hunderman is an integral part of our leadership team. His leadership responsibility is all encompassing of our company, but his primary focus is on continually improving our client’s experience. He achieves this by working closely with our clients, advisors and staff to insure the resources and skills available always exceed the expectations.
Mr. Hunderman demonstrated his passion for people through his own superb client service. For six years he excelled as an Advisor and a leader of our team of Industrial Property Specialists. He consistently furthered his technical knowledge of the industry and became known for consistent excellent reviews from his clients. Over this time period he gained the respect of not only his clients but also of his peers by becoming voted as a partner in the firm and shortly thereafter received unanimous peer support through the formation of this new leadership position within the firm. His passion, vision, and history of excellent transactional focused work coupled with his unique ability to serve, guide and assist those around him make him an tremendous asset both our clients and the leadership of our company.
Not only is Mr. Hunderman proud to be a part of the GEPC team, he is proud of West Michigan. He commits his time outside the office to seeing good things happen in our community.
